ABOUT US
Incorporated on April 8, 2002, in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide scholarships and financial aid to students, and to provide assistance to other charitable causes in Prince William and Stafford Counties. The Foundation’s Bylaws were adopted in April 2002 and amended in 2004 and 2019. The Foundation’s tax-exempt status under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code was granted on June 24, 2002. On June 11, 2007, the Foundation was declared a public charity by the IRS. EIN: 80-0029784

SCHOLARSHIPS
Award Scholarships and other types of financial aid to provide deserving students with an opportunity to achieve academic success at an institution of higher learning.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Support and assist youth development in our Community.

Provide assistance and support to charitable and educational organizations and programs within Prince William and Stafford Counties.
COMMUNITY
Encourage students to strengthen our community economically, culturally, and politically.
