ABOUT US

Incorporated on April 8, 2002, in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide scholarships and financial aid to students, and to provide assistance to other charitable causes in Prince William and Stafford Counties. The Foundation’s Bylaws were adopted in April 2002 and amended in 2004 and 2019. The Foundation’s tax-exempt status under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code was granted on June 24, 2002. On June 11, 2007, the Foundation was declared a public charity by the IRS. EIN: 80-0029784

Award Scholarships and other types of financial aid to provide deserving students with an opportunity to achieve academic success at an institution of higher learning.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

The Kappa Foundation of Woodbridge Annual William B. Croom Golf Classic will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 at the Old Hickory Golf Club (11921 Chanceford Drive) in Woodbridge, VA. Proceeds from this event will go to support student scholarships for academic achievement and community service programs in Prince William and Stafford Counties. Since incorporation, the Foundation has distributed over $100,000.00 for educational and charitable causes.
